Hi, I’m Neysa.
What no one tells you about building an extraordinary life is that it doesn't require excellence. It requires clear, direct action with very little resistance.
Growing up, I was raised to be excellent. I was taught to be the best so that I would be undeniable. The racism would be easier if I was smarter. The sexism would end once everyone respected me. But I couldn't take my foot off the gas.
You know how the story goes. Someone less qualified got the position over me. That's not, however, where the story ends. I realized perhaps they were the better fit because they understood something I didn't. I was chasing excellence like a star student while they built relationships. I was busy being the best employee, collecting praise and adoration, while they positioned themselves on projects that actually mattered.
My relationship to power kept me small. My relationship with money became parentified. It's not about being the smartest in the room. It's about understanding where power flows in every room you're in. It's not about being the most capable. It's about being the least hesitant and doubtful of your own value.
My breaking point wasn't one single passed promotion. It was years of learning the same tough lesson over and over until I was finally ready to receive it. I stopped listing all the strikes against me and started asking, what's my secret weapon? Instead of assuming I had less because of all the 'isms' I carry, I asked, how do I make a diamond out of coal?
My story didn't have to be the reason I couldn't. It could be the reason I'm the only option.
So I built a coaching practice around that exact moment. The one where you're standing at a breaking point and you finally stop performing and start asking the real questions. Sociology taught me how systems work. Hospitality taught me how people work. Tech taught me how things break and more importantly, how to find the exact place where the breakdown began. I bring all of it into one conversation.
Because when you understand your relationship to money, power, and your own story, the pivot, the campaign, the reinvention, none of it feels impossible anymore.
It feels inevitable.
If you're at a breaking point and ready to become who you’re truly meant to be, let's talk.
